Do I have to create an account to make a purchase on YOYOUSA.com?

All purchases made using the YOYOUSA.com direct checkout or by calling 305-652-1444 require a YOYOUSA.com account to be established. Having an account enables you to browse your order history, stores your information for quick purchasing, and allows us to keep you up to date through email confirmations and special YOYOUSA.com offers.

Our tracking services provide you with up to date information on the status of your order and when your item(s) have shipped from our warehouse. Here’s how it works:

When your order is processed, you will receive an email that links to our tracking site. You can also visit this site by clicking on the “Order Status” button in the top corner of the YOYOUSA.com homepage!
In the spaces provided, enter your Order Number and Zip Code
Click on the "Track It" button to view the shipping status of your order

How do I cancel my order/item?

lease be advised you can only cancel your order if the item(s) have not already been shipped. To check the status of your order’s shipment and eligibility for cancellation, please visit our tracking services website. Here’s how it works:
When your order is processed, you will receive an email that links to our tracking site. You can also visit this site by clicking on the “Order Status” button in the top corner of the YOYOUSA.com homepage!
In the spaces provided, enter your Order Number and Zip Code.
Click on the "Cancel an Item" button to view your order details.
Click on the order details to view if your items are eligible for cancellation.
If your item(s) have not shipped from our warehouse, please select the item(s) you wish to cancel and submit your request.

Can I edit my order after purchasing?

You may cancel items from your order, but you cannot edit or replace them with new items – please place a brand new order.

How can I obtain my Invoice?

Every time you make a purchase on YOYOUSA.com, we send you an order confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase. You can also access this order confirmation by logging in to your YOYOUSA.com account and clicking on your “Order History” to view your past purchases.

What exactly is a Backorder?

A backorder is an item that is not currently in stock at our warehouse. We have ordered the product from our supplier and will update you on the status of your order via email.

Why do I need an Authorized Return Shipping Label?

All returns must include our authorized return shipping label so that they can successfully be processed at our warehouse. Any returns that arrive without our label are ineligible for processing and, therefore, ineligible for reimbursement. Remember, it is very important you have your return request endorsed by a Tower Team Member – we will guide you through the rest of the way!

Can I Track my Package?

YOYOUSA.com is able to provide up to date information on the processing and shipment of your order. Unfortunately, USPS delivery does not include tracking so we cannot provide tracking information for items once they have left our warehouse.

What are YOYOUSA.com's Shipping Rates?

Shipping rates are calculated per item at time of purchase. Please review your checkout page to select your preferred shipping option. We are pleased to provide our customers with Standard, Expedited and Priority shipping services for domestic orders.

Why are certain items not available right away?

Can I have my items shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO?

YOYOUSA.com no longer ships to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure no shipping delays from time of order. YOYOUSA.com will ship to APO/FPO addresses with our standard service, however there will be shipping delays and weight and size restrictions will apply. Some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

What is free standard shipping?

Take advantage of our improved SHOP N' SAVE shipping service - When you purchase over $25.00 in YOYOUSA.com product, we will ship your items at standard delivery rate FREE to anywhere in the contiguous United States.

The following restrictions apply:

YOYOUSA.com no longer ships to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure no shipping delays from time of order.
Please note that your order may take an additional 5-7 business days to ship after all items in the order are available to ship. Transit time for Free Standard Shipping orders is 10 to 14 business days after shipping.
Your order may become ineligible for Free Standard Shipping if item(s) are cancelled, shipping address is changed.
Please notify customer service if you have or wish to cancel an item.
Certain items may become ineligible for Free Standard Shipping if they are oversized or overweight.
Handling fees, special order fees may apply.
Free Standard Shipping policies may change or be discontinued at any time.
